What crystals help with headaches?

One of the most powerful crystals to use for headaches is Selenite . It can be used for many other different things, but curing headaches is one that not a lot of people are aware of. The healing properties of Selenite quickly unblock any stagnant or stuck energies and promote a positive flow of energy.

There are many purported ways that crystals can help reduce headaches. One idea is that crystals align the chakras in the body. Chakras allow for the flow of energy in the body from the top of the head all the way down to the waist and tailbone. Crystals manage that flow of energy.

Since Clear Quartz is very powerful, you are reacting to that by getting headaches. Try holding a grounding crystal, like Red Jasper, Black Obsidian or Black Onyx when you are around Clear Quartz and see if that takes away that headache energy 😉 You may have to experiment a bit to see what grounding crystal works best.

This begs the question “Is Amethyst good for headaches?”

Amethyst is a protective crystal that relaxes your eye muscles and removes traces migraines and sinusitis. It’s a pain-relieving crystal with grounding and cleansing properties as well. It makes a very powerful antidote for the worst kinds of headaches. Vibrations from Amethyst crystals reduce your stress and tension and calms your nerves.

Are your crystals causing you dizziness?

“Your crystals are like concrete. Once concrete cracks, it keeps cracking.” Audiologist Jessica Hagg, Au. D, C. C. C.-A, says ear crystals cause most of the dizziness that she sees at the Sanford Health Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic. Do crystals really heal you?

To be clear, healing crystals are not medicine. They will not actually improve a medical diagnosis. But if you believe in them, they might improve your mood. “I believe crystals work with the core mental, emotional, or spiritual discord that is causing illness in the body and not the physical illness itself,” explains Deborah Hanekamp, owner of Medicine Readings, a spiritual reading and healing service available in New York City and via Skype worldwide.

When I was reading we ran into the question “Do crystals really have healing powers?”.

Healing crystals, usually rose quartz or another mineral, may work for some people. But the benefit is in the user’s mind: not the rock.
